Your Atomizer injectors are an investment that should be part of your racing program for years to come. To keep them performing at their best and protect them from damage caused by harsh racing fuels during storage, follow this step-by-step guide to send your injectors in for a professional refresh. This process is especially recommended between racing seasons to ensure reliability and peak performance for your race program.

Customer is responsible for insured shipping costs both ways. Additional charges may apply for parts not covered under the standard service, though this isn't typical.

How to Send Your Atomizer Injectors for Refresh

1. Print and fill out the RMA form before packing your box.
2. Remove injectors from your engine. Carefully disconnect fuel lines and electrical connectors, then remove the injectors from the intake manifold. Do not send fuel rails, wiring, or other hardware — only the injectors are required.
3. Prepare injectors for shipping. Drain all excess fuel; use compressed air with a soft rubber tip to blow out any remaining fuel (back-flushing is safe and recommended). Spray a petroleum-based lubricant (such as PB Blaster) into the top of each injector to prevent corrosion during shipping and storage. Install dust caps on both ends of each injector to seal out moisture.
4. Package securely. Wrap each injector individually in bubble wrap or protective material and place them in a sturdy box with enough padding to prevent movement or damage during transit. Include your contact information (name, phone, email) and a note stating you are requesting an "Injector Refresh." Place your filled-out RMA form in the box.
5. Ship with tracking and insurance. Use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for your shipment. Atomizer recommends a recorded delivery service for peace of mind.
6. After service. Your injectors will be stripped, cleaned, rebuilt with new internals, flow-tested, and returned to you in like-new condition. Provide accurate shipping information and a good daytime phone number.
