Your Atomizer injectors are an investment that should be a part of your racing program for years to come. To keep your injectors performing at their best and protect them from damage caused by harsh racing fuels during storage, follow this step-by-step guide to send your injectors for a professional refresh. This process is especially recommended between racing seasons to ensure reliability and peak performance for your race program.
Service Fee
The standard refresh service is $48 per injector. Customer is responsible for insured shipping costs both ways. Additional charges may apply for parts not covered under the standard service but that isn't typical.
In a hurry? Expedited service is available for an additional $100.
Why Refresh Your Injectors Between Seasons?
Removes Harmful Deposits: Racing fuels often contain additives and impurities that can leave deposits inside your injectors, affecting spray patterns and flow rates.
Prevents Long-Term Damage: Letting injectors sit with fuel residue can lead to corrosion and sticking, especially during off-season storage.
Ensures Peak Performance: A refresh restores original flow and consistency, so your engine runs optimally when you return to racing.
Extends Injector Life: Proper maintenance and periodic refreshes help maximize injector lifespan and protect your investment.
Data for Tuning: Refreshed injectors are flow-tested, providing valuable data for precise engine tuning.

Remove Injectors from Your Engine
Carefully disconnect fuel lines, electrical connectors, and remove injectors from the intake manifold.
Do not send fuel rails, wiring, or other hardware—only the injectors are required.
Prepare Injectors for Shipping
- Drain all excess fuel from the injectors. Use compressed air with a soft rubber tip to blow out any remaining fuel (back-flushing is safe and recommended).
- Spray a petroleum-based lubricant (such as PB Blaster) into the top of each injector to prevent corrosion during shipping and storage.
- Install dust caps on both ends of each injector to seal out moisture.
- Print RMA form and fill it out and place it in the box.
Package Securely
- Wrap each injector individually in bubble wrap or protective material.
- Place injectors in a sturdy box with enough padding to prevent movement or damage during transit.
- Include your contact information (name, phone, email) and a note stating you are requesting an "Injector Refresh."
