1. Assumption of Risk
Our products are designed and manufactured exclusively for use on organized, closed courses. By purchasing or using our products, you assume all risks and are responsible for ensuring all necessary safety precautions are in place for yourself and others (including spectators, course workers, etc.).
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
Racing is inherently dangerous and carries significant risks of injury or death. By purchasing or using our products, you waive and fully release Billet Atomizer Racing (including owners, officers, employees, and agents) from any and all liability for loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from the use of our products, regardless of cause, including negligence or breach of duty.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Billet Atomizer Racing and its representatives from any litigation expenses, legal fees, damages, or costs arising from any claims related to the use of our products, whether due to your own negligence or otherwise.
4. Proper Use and Inspection
You are solely responsible for ensuring that our products are used in accordance with all provided manuals and written instructions. Do not rely on oral statements or unofficial sources. Always inspect and verify dimensions, specifications, and suitability for your application before installation or use. Inspect products for damage, defects, or wear before each use. Billet Atomizer Racing is not responsible for damage to other vehicle components, safety equipment, or bodily injury resulting from the installation or use—proper or improper—of our products.

All products (including those resold by Billet Atomizer Racing) are sold “AS IS” with no warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to quality and performance lies with the buyer or user. Should the product prove defective after purchase, the buyer-not Billet Atomizer Racing, distributors, or retailers-assumes all costs for service or repair.
